Sonia Lai (like pie) is an illustrator whose doodling debut commenced in 2nd grade with the release of a comic series Dingo Dude and Gator Guy. As an adult she started taking art classes to distract herself during the final year of her doctorate program at Johns Hopkins (rest assured, her thesis was still completed on time).
When she’s not drawing she works as a Nurse Practitioner. She also enjoys tinkering with her ukulele and watching cartoons in Spanish.
